「国民のみなさまに税収増分をお返しできる状況にない」石破首相、国民民主党の要求突っぱねる
石破茂首相は3日の衆院予算委員会で、国民民主党が求める「年収103万円の壁」の178万円への引き上げをめぐり、同党が引き上げの理由にしている「大幅な税収増」分の国民への還元に、否定的な認識を示した。
自民党は支持政党ではありませんので、このようなことを平気で言う代議士を排出している鳥取1区の人たちを恨むしかありませんが、最近世の中には変化を求めない人が多いということがわかり、そういう世の中なのに少々あきれています。
変化を拒む人には、いくつかの共通した特徴が見られます。まず、安定を何よりも優先する傾向があり、現状維持が安心感や安全を与えると感じています。そのため、新しいことに挑戦する際に伴うリスクや不確実性を極度に嫌います。
また、過去の成功体験に強く固執する場合もあり、「今までこれでうまくいってきたのだから、わざわざ変える必要はない」という考えにとらわれやすいです。
さらに、変化に対する拒否感は、不安感や自信のなさに起因することもあります。未知の状況に直面したとき、自分が適応できないのではないかという恐れから新しい挑戦を避けようとしますが、特に、変化によって自分の能力が試されるような場面では、失敗を恐れる気持ちが強く働きます。
まあ、変わらない人がいるから変わろうとする人にチャンスがあるのですが、いかんせん政治に関しては変えてもらわないと共倒れしてしまいそうで怖いです。早く参議院選挙が訪れてくれて、新しい風を吹かせてほしい。

Although I am not a supporter of the Liberal Democratic Party, I can only blame the voters of Tottori District 1 for electing a politician who can make such dismissive statements without hesitation. However, I’ve come to realize that there are many people in this world who resist change, and frankly, I find this rather disappointing.
There are several common traits among those who resist change. First, they tend to prioritize stability above all else, believing that maintaining the status quo provides a sense of security and comfort. As a result, they are highly averse to risks and uncertainties associated with trying something new.
Additionally, they often cling to past successes, thinking, “Things have worked well this way so far, so why bother changing?” This mindset can prevent them from recognizing the need for evolution and adaptation.
Resistance to change can also stem from fear and a lack of confidence. When faced with unfamiliar situations, they worry that they may not be able to adapt, and this fear leads them to avoid new challenges. This is particularly evident in scenarios where change could test their abilities, as the fear of failure becomes a dominant concern.
Of course, it’s true that those who resist change create opportunities for those who seek it. However, when it comes to politics, we cannot afford to leave things as they are, or we risk sinking together. I hope the upcoming House of Councillors election arrives soon, bringing fresh winds of change to guide us forward.
